Women's Golf Opens Season At UINDY Invitational

RECAP: Northwood women's golf opened its season at the UINDY Invitational Monday-Tuesday (September 11-12)

INSIDE THE EVENT

• Northwood improved their score each round of the event, carding team scores of 352, 341 and 333 to place 16th overall
• Findlay was the overall winner at 886 (303-290-293), followed by Lynn at 893 (301-288-304)
• A total of 16 teams took part in the event.
• The event annually features some of the top teams in Division II – Dallas Baptist (1), Lynn (2), Findlay (4), Indianapolis (7), Carson-Newman (20), Central Missouri (24) Grand Valley State (26), Carson Newman (30) UMSL (31) and Tiffin (33) all played in the event and finished last season ranked nationally.

TOP NU PERFORMERS

• Sydney Dausman: 83-75-79=237 – tied for 45^th overall. First career event.
• Brandi Kautz: 88-90-83=261 – 85th
• Addie Delcamp: 86-89-87-262 – tied for 86th
• A total of 93 players competed in the tournament.
