GAME HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Timberwolves got on the board at 13:36 as Juliana Paoletti connected with Katie Foster's corner kick, heading the ball into the back of the net for her seventh goal of the season.
  • An errant clearance by a Wildcat defender snuck into NMU's net for an own goal with eight minutes remaining in the half to extend the Northwood lead to 2-0.
  • Abigail Fowler took advantage of Savannah Wallace's free kick in the 64th minute, heading it into the goal to put the score at 3-0. 
  • Despite Northern Michigan taking 12 shots, the Northwood defense earned the shutout as the Timberwolves picked up the 3-0 victory.
