RECAP: The Northwood women's soccer team opened their season on the road at the University of Indianapolis, Thursday night (August 25). The Timberwolves would take a draw with Indy, 2-2.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

  • 12 minutes into the match, the Greyhound's Chloe Noon found the back of the net with a goal from about 15 yards out, 1-0 UI.
  • Northwood would score their first goal of the season in the 28th minute behind three straight NU corners that result in a Sydney Rizo (Harrison Twp., Mich.) hitting one off the crossbar that ricocheted back to Brianna Gervers (Grand Blanc, Mich.) who served it into the back of the net, 1-1.
