Women's Soccer Remains Unbeaten In The GMAC With 2-0 Win Over Walsh

RECAP: The Northwood women's soccer team continued their strong play, winning the second straight game Saturday (October 1) versus Walsh, 2-0. Brooke Honeycutt's brace led the Timberwolves in the victory to help Northwood stay unbeaten in the GMAC.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

  • A back-and-forth first half saw both offenses struggling to get anything going. Only five shots were totaled by both teams.
  • Coming out of the break Brooke Honeycutt added her fifth goal of the season to give the Timberwolves the 1-0 advantage in the 55'.
