RECAP: Northwood women's soccer defeated Kentucky Wesleyan 6-1 on Senior Day (October 22). The match turned out to be a dominating effort by the Timberwolves outshooting their opponent 31-2. Northwood would score it's season-high six goals in the effort.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

Savannah Wallace became Northwood's all-time leader in matches played with her start versus KWC, she now sits in atop the games played mountain with 72.
Starting the game off strong for the Timberwolves, Abbie Fowler found the back of the net less than seven minutes into the game. Juliana Paoletti picked up the assist as NU took the 1-0 lead.
In the 17' of the contest, Carly Body connected with Brooke Honeycutt on a corner kick to extend the Northwood advantage to 2-0.
Paoletti found the back of the net herself in the 20' of the game. She connected from just outside the box to put the Timberwolves up 3-0.
NU was quick to continue their strong play in the second half of the contest and go up 4-0. Fowler found Lauren Way as she snuck behind the Panther defense and sent the ball past the goalie just two minutes into the half.
Way then found Paoletti in a similar fashion in the 68' as she picked up her second goal of the game and extended the Northwood lead to 5-0.
The Panthers made the score 5-1 thanks to a goal by Bree Owen with 15:23 remaining in the contest.
Jessica Wilson added a goal in the 89' to make the final score 6-1. Katie Foster picked up the assist on the score.
