RECAP: The Northwood women's soccer team went on the road to play Division I Toledo on Thursday night (September 9). The Timberwolves would hold the first-half lead going into the break before falling to the Rockets, 1-2.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

  • Although the Rockets tripled Northwood in the number of shots in the first half 17-4, the Timberwolves made theirs count. In the 32' Mia Thomson would score the first goal of the match via an assist from Hannah Jatczak. This was Thomson's first goal of the season first of her career at Northwood.
  • NU goalkeeper, Lindsay Jacob was active all night. Jacob recorded 12 saves, a career-high for the young freshman and the most this season for Northwood.
