GAME HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Timberwolves struck early, nine minutes in Northwood's Juliana Paoletti made a cross into the 6-yard box from the right corner. Brooke Honeycutt's header to a passing Mia Thomson gave NU an opening near the left post. Thomson would score her third goal of the season off Honeycutt's assist.

  • Thomson earned her brace in the 66' when Paoletti crossed it into her from the right side. The rain-soaked match so a slower pace, but four quick passes along the right sideline gave the Timberwolves the ability to extend their lead.
