Champs! - Northwood Women's Soccer Claims First Ever Conference Regular Season Championship
MIDLAND, Mich. - The 2023 Northwood women's soccer team (13-3-2, 12-1-1 G-MAC) captured the 2023 Great Midwest regular season title Saturday (October 28) following a 4-1 victory at Tiffin. With a win and No. 2 nationally ranked Ashland falling to a 0-0 tie with Findlay consecutively, the Timberwolves have claimed the regular season title with 37 conference points.
The Timberwolves will play host to the first round of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference tournament for the second consecutive season. The opponent and bracket are set to be announced by the conference office on Wednesday (November 1). Northwood's opening round match is scheduled for noon at Dean Field on Saturday (November 4).
