Women's Tennis Defeats Findlay 9-0

The Northwood University women's tennis team improved to 2-0 on the season with a 9-0 win over Findlay Saturday afternoon (September 8).

Northwood is now 2-0 in the GLIAC as well. Findlay stands at 1-1 overall, 0-1 in the GLIAC.

The Timberwolves came out strong in doubles, winning all three matches while taking 24 of 25 games won. Northwood continued their strong play in singles, as the Timberwolves swept all six matches. Findlay claimed a total of 10 games in 12 sets in singles.

The Timberwolves travel to Wayne State Wednesday (September 12). Match time is set for 2 p.m.
