Women's Tennis Opens Spring Trip With 9-0 Win Over St. Norbert

HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Northwood University women's tennis team opened its spring trip to South Carolina with a 9-0 win over St. Norbert Sunday afternoon (March 15).

Northwood improves to 15-2 with the win. St. Norbert falls to 13-2 with the loss.

The Timberwolves came out strong in doubles, taking all three matches while dropping a total of just six games. Northwood continued their strong play in singles, winning all six matches in straight sets.

On the day, Alisa Reshetnikova, Anastasia Puchkina, Oleisa Riabchuk, Anastasiia Kazub, Anna Aniskina and Margarita Asatryan all went 2-0 for the Timberwolves

Northwood will take on Wisconsin-Stevens Point Tuesday (March 17).
