Elaina Meadows Earns All-American Honors at NCAA Indoor Championships

PITTSBURG, Kan. – The Northwood University women's track and field team sent junior Elaina Meadows (Schoolcraft, Mich. / Schoolcraft) to the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships at Pittsburg State University Friday afternoon (March 11).

Meadows represented NU in the women's long jump and earned Second Team All American honors with a tenth place finish with a jump of 5.69 meters. In addition to winning the event at the GLIAC Championships (February 28), the junior entered the meet as the 15th best mark in the country after jumping a school record-breaking jump of 5.84 meters in the first meet of the season.
