Sydney Hasenfratz Named Second Team All-Midwest Region By D2CCA

2023 D2CCA All-Midwest Region Volleyball Teams

MIDLAND, MICH. – Redshirt sophomore Sydney Hasenfratz from the Northwood University volleyball team has been named Second Team All-Midwest Region by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA), as voted by the region's sports information directors.

Hasenfratz earned First Team All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference honors for the second consecutive season. She averaged 3.41 kills and 0.98 blocks per set while hitting .359. Hasenfratz earned G-MAC North Division Player of the Week three times this year. She finished the campaign ranking second in the G-MAC in hitting percentage, points (4.18 per set), fourth in kills and fifth in blocks.

Northwood posted an 18-13 record this season while going 13-6 in conference play.
