Cassie Crumal is in her first season as an assistant coach at Northwood. She has worked extensively with new head coach James Goodridge over the past few years.

Crumal comes to Northwood after spending last season as an assistant at Buffalo, helping the Bulls to one of the best seasons in school history. Prior to her time at UB, Crumal was an assistant coach at Lees-McRae. She served as an interim head coach for the women’s team in 2012 and the men’s team in 2013. Crumal was the youngest head coach in the nation at that time.

As a student-athlete at William & Mary, Crumal was a setter for the Tribe. She finished her career in 2010 with the sixth-most assists in school history (1,826).

A native of Parker, Colorado, Crumal graduated from William and Mary with a degree in Psychology and Elementary Education in 2011. She earned her Master’s degree in Sports Management through Liberty University in 2014.
