Northwood Cross Country Performances
2013: Finished with a time of 29:28 in the 2013 Spartan Invitational (Sept. 13). Clocked a 29:32.51 to finish 43rd in the 2013 Michigan Intercollegiate Championships at Hillsdale College on October 11. Closed out the season in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 9), Rowley ran a 35:14 on the 10k course.
